What is Plaster in LED Profiles?

Plaster in LED profiles refers to the process of embedding LED strips into aluminum profiles and then covering them with plaster . This technique allows the LED lighting to blend seamlessly into walls, ceilings,or other surfaces.

How to install plaster in led profile

Materials Needed

1.LED profile (led strip profile)

2.Plaster (gypsum-based joint compound or finishing plaster)

3.Plaster mesh or fiberglass tape

4.Sanding paper

5.Primer & paint

6.LED strip lights

7.Mounting clips

8.Utility knife, trowel, or putty knife

1. Choose the GOOD LED Profile  

   Select a plaster in led profile 3m AND check to cut the size for led strip

2. Install the LED Profile

   Secure the profile to the desired surface using screws or adhesive. 

3. Insert the LED Strip 

   Place the LED strip into the profile’s channel and connect it to a power source. 

4. Apply Plaster 

   Smooth the plaster to create a seamless transition with the surrounding surface.

5. Sand and Finish  

   Once the plaster is dry, sand it smooth and apply primer and paint to match the surrounding area.
