Installing LED aluminum channel is a simple process that serves to protect the led strip light while diffusing the light from the led tape, which provides a more beautiful look.

An LED strip controller is used to a colorful LED tape. which can adjust the brightness, change the temperature, color,set a timer and your favoriate color.

Step-by-step installation:
Measure and cut:
Measure the length of the LED aluminum channel needed for your project. You can use a hacksaw
to cut the aluminum channel for the desired length. Make sure the cut edges are straight and smooth.
Prepare the LED strip:
First make sure the strip has 3M adhesive backing and test the strip by lighting to make sure the strip is okay, Please peel off the 3M sticker and then stick LED Streifen along the bottom inside the channel, and ensure flatly and not bulging.
Install the channel:
First find the position where you want to install the aluminum channel, then clean, dry and smooth the surface to be installed.
Then fix the aluminum channel with the clips
Wiring:
If you want to use long LED strips, it is better to run wires between the channels.hiding the wiring as much as possible for a cleaner look.
Installation of the diffuser cover:
Cut the diffuser cover (PC cover and PMMA cover) with same length as the aluminum channel. Generally we match the length of the diffusion cover with the aluminum channel.(1m 2m 3m 5m optional)
Then put the diffuser cover onto the slot of the aluminum channel and press it with your thumb.
When you hear a clicking sound, it has been stuck into the aluminum groove and make sure not fall out. Finally, put the end cap to seal the two sides.
